Her extensive background includes transformative roles at Emerson, where she served as a Strategic Channel Leader for Discrete Automation and Controls & Software, as well as the North American Channel Leader. These positions allowed Kathleen to refine her strategic vision within the automation sector, contributing significantly to her industry acumen. Prior to Emerson, Kathleen spent several years at GE in various capacities such as Americas Channel Leader and Senior Manager of Sales and Product Management for GE Energy Connections - Automation & Controls. Her tenure at GE also saw her leading efforts as General Manager - Indirect Sales and Global Key Account Manager for GE Water.

Kathleen's early career highlights include serving as Industrial Branch Manager and eMarketing Leader for GE Structured Services/GE Supply, where she managed global responsibilities for GE Water and GE Healthcare's software and hardware automation operations management. A testament to her leadership skills is reflected in her role on the board of Cornerstone Family Programs as the 2nd Vice Chair Officer, where she contributed to strategic decision-making processes that influence the organization's direction.

In addition to her executive career, Kathleen volunteers her time generously; she has been an Executive Committee Member/Board Member at Cornerstone Family Programs & Morristown Neighborhood House advocating for children's causes, a Member Of The Board Of Advisors for Customer Service Excellence at University of Richmond, a Volunteer at Hope House under The Salvation Army aiding in poverty alleviation, and an Ambassador for the Ocean Oaks Home Owners community.

Kathleen holds an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan University. Her education underpins a robust understanding of international business dynamics coupled with technical engineering knowledge.
